For Group Reservations of more than 15 delegates please log in to the registration system and apply for “Group Registration”.

Congress Registration fee includes:

  • Access to all congress sessions and commercial exhibition
  • All congress materials and a name badge
  • Scientific Programme incorporating the Abstract Book
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Welcome Reception
  • Refreshment breaks during the congress

Registration does not include:

  • Accommodation, tickets to the social events (unless stated)

Registration and Payment Conditions

To guarantee your registration, the total fee must be paid upon registration. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa and Mastercard. Bank-to-bank transfers must be free of any bank charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to the Congress Secretariat () with details of the bank account where a possible refund may be remitted.

Cancellation and Refund Fee

Before 30th June 2016: The registration fee is refundable minus an administrative fee of 10% of the registration fee.

Between 1st July and 25th August 2016: The registration fee is refundable minus an administrative fee of 30% of the registration fee

After 25th August: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Credit will not be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures. All refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt.

Registrations are personalised and are not transferrable to another party.

The ETA is not responsible for travel expenses, travel insurance or penalties under any circumstances.
